Mark’s background comprises extensive experience primarily within the worlds of media and photo. He spent nineteen years at Emerald Expositions working on the Rangefinder and Photo District News (PDN) brands. At PDN he worked alongside the custom media department which oversaw events and contests around institutions like PDN’s 30, the Photo Annual, the World in Focus Travel competition and many more. In April 2019 he assumed the role of CEO for Le Book, U.S. the iconic brand built around connecting the very best creatives and creative agencies with today’s most exciting brands and advertising agencies. Le Book’s Connections events take place annually in the largest creative capitals in both the U.S. and Europe. A key feature of Connections is the “Creative Awards” a juried selection of the best projects in Photo, Video, Production, Post-Production, Animation, CGI, and New Technology. Mark is very well traveled and has a true explorer’s spirit when it comes to immersing into new cultures and adventures. He is an avid golfer, soccer player, and the proud father of Lola Olivia.
